What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us through our quote and booking forms, so we can respond and provide service. That can include:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your property address and the service you are interested in
- Any notes or details you add about your yard or request
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
How we use it
- To reply to your quote request and arrange a free on-site assessment
- To schedule, confirm and carry out the service you book
- To contact you about your request, your booking, or your account with us
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Payments
If you choose to pay a deposit or an invoice online, your payment is handled by a secure third-party payment processor. Your full card details are entered with that processor and are never stored on our systems.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our payment processor and the tools we use to receive and respond to your request. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide service and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, then we dispose of it securely.
Your choices
You can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Just reach out by phone or email and we will take care of it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
